SOROI BLUE MANAGER

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:
- Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in hotel management, preferably in boutique or coastal properties
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in hotel management systems and basic financial reporting
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with diverse teams
- Knowledge of local tourism trends and community engagement
