Regulatory Senior Associate

The Role:
The Regulatory Senior Associate is responsible for leading and executing client engagements related to regulatory compliance and reporting, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality work that meets client expectations and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct regulatory reviews and assessments
• Prepare reports and documentation for compliance and regulatory submissions
• Liaise with clients and regulatory bodies
• Support the development of compliance frameworks
• Assist in the preparation of regulatory filings
• Conduct research on relevant regulations
• Collaborate with teams to identify and implement process improvements
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory developments and trends

Qualifications and Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, Finance, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in regulatory compliance or related roles
• Strong knowledge of regulatory laws and standards
• Excellent analytical and research skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Professional certifications (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CPA) are highly desirable
