Role: Warehouse Receiving Associate
Location: Nairobi, Kenya
Department: Operations
Reporting to: Operations Lead

Key Responsibilities
- Receive and verify incoming goods against supplier delivery notes or purchase orders.
- Inspect incoming products for quality, expiry dates, damage, or defects, and promptly report any issues.
- Accurately record all received items in the Odoo WMS, ensuring all relevant documentation (delivery notes, QC reports) is properly filed.
- Label stock with barcodes, batch numbers, expiry dates, and product identifiers.
- Store goods in designated zones (dry, fragile, chilled) and adhere to FIFO/FEFO stock management principles.
- Coordinate with the procurement and logistics teams to schedule deliveries, manage returns, and respond to priority stock needs.
- Manage inventory and stock organization
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in warehouse or inventory management, preferably within the hospitality, food, or fresh produce sector.
- Hands-on experience using ERP/WMS systems — proficiency in Odoo is highly preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
