Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in food science, Food Technology, Technical Sciences or related fields
• 3+ years of Industrial Bakery work experience.
• Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and quality control principles i.e. HACCP, GMP, and other relevant standards.
• Deep knowledge of bread baking techniques, recipes, and ingredient functionality.
• Ability to lead and inspire a team of bakery staff.
