Position: Real Estate Sales Manager
Salary: Kes.125,000 -150,000
Language: Proficiency in Chinese.
Location: Nairobi-Kenya.
Job Description
• Sales Strategy & Planning.
Develop and implement robust sales and leasing strategies for retail and residential units. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify market trends, pricing, and customer preferences. Identify and target potential clients, including retailers, investors, and residential buyers/tenants. Collaborate with the marketing team to design campaigns, promotions, and lead generation initiatives.
• Customer Relationship Management.
Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, including post-sale follow-up and handover. Coordinate with legal and finance teams to ensure smooth contract execution, documentation, and payment processes. Address customer inquiries, concerns, and post-sale issues professionally and promptly.
• Team Leadership & Collaboration.
Supervise and mentor the internal sales team (if applicable). Work closely with leasing, marketing, and property management teams to ensure coordinated operations. Represent the company at networking events, exhibitions, and trade shows as needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate sales, preferably in mixed-use, retail, or residential projects.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in large-scale development projects.
In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market, property laws, and sales practices. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficient in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and digital marketing tools. Strong leadership, organizational, and analytical abilities.
