CLUB MANAGER
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day operations of the club.
Ensure excellent customer service and member satisfaction.
Manage staff, budgets, and club resources effectively.
Coordinate events, tournaments, and recreational activities.
Ensure compliance with club policies, statutory requirements, and safety standards.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
At least 5 years of managerial experience in a club, hotel, or hospitality environment (experience in a golf club setting will be an added advantage).
Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of financial management and budgeting.
Excellent communication and IT skills.
BARMAN
Key Responsibilities:
Serve beverages professionally and efficiently.
Maintain cleanliness and order at the bar.
Ensure stock control and proper presentation of drinks.
Deliver excellent customer service and handle member/guest requests promptly.
Qualifications & Experience:
Certificate or diploma in Food & Beverage Service or related field.
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role (experience in a golf club or hospitality establishment will be an added advantage).
Knowledge of wines, cocktails, and beverage preparation.
Good communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
Strong customer service orientation.
