About the Role
We are looking for a friendly, efficient, and customer-focused Waiter/waitress to join our service team in Nairobi. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring guests have an exceptional dining experience through professional service, attention to detail, and a warm, welcoming attitude.

Key Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests promptly with a positive and professional demeanor.
- Present menus, take orders accurately, and serve food and beverages efficiently.
- Ensure tables are clean, well-set, and maintained throughout service.
- Communicate effectively with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any service-related issues politely.
- Process bills and handle payments accurately.
- Uphold high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and customer care.

Qualifications and Experience
- At least 2 years' experience as a waiter or in a similar customer service role (restaurant, café, or hotel).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service.
- Degree, Certificate or diploma in Hospitality, Food & Beverage Service, or a related field is an added advantage.
- Must be neat, presentable, and courteous at all times.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
