Our client is in the Manufacturing Industry seeking to hire:
Production Manager
Job Location: Bagamoyo – Tanzania
Qualifications, Experience and Knowledge:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Production Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a manufacturing setup, preferably in metal or aluminium products production.
- Strong knowledge of production planning, process optimization, and quality control.
- Experience in managing large production teams and meeting output targets.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Familiarity with safety standards and compliance regulations in manufacturing.
