The Copilot Studio Developer will design, build, and deploy AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio - integrating them into workflows that enhance enterprise efficiency and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:
☑ Design, configure, and deploy AI agents in Microsoft Copilot Studio
☑ Build workflow automation and orchestration layers
☑ Customize prompts, intents, and skills to match business needs
☑ Integrate Copilot Studio agents into Microsoft 365 or custom apps
☑ Collaborate with Azure & Frontend teams for seamless functionality
☑ Test, train, and refine AI agents for continuous improvement

Qualifications:
☑ Bachelor's in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
☑ 3-5 years in AI chatbot/agent development or workflow automation
☑ Proficiency with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform, or Power Automate
☑ Knowledge of LLM prompting, API integration, and NLU concepts

Preferred Skills:
☑ Experience with Azure AI, Power Virtual Agents, or Dynamics 365
☑ Prior work in enterprise automation or digital assistant projects
