PRINT PRODUCTION LEAD

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Printing Production Lead. Their main role will be to oversee and manage all aspects of printing operations to ensure accuracy, efficiency, quality and adherence to deadlines in every output

Job type: Full Time
Location: Karen Village, Nairobi

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Printing Technology
• Proven experience in printing operations (Machine operation: Large format, Plotting etc.), preferably within branding, signage, or events fabrication.
• Strong technical knowledge of printing equipment, processes, and materials.
• Understanding of branding standards and quality assurance practices.
• Excellent attention to detail with a focus on precision.
• Ability to work collaboratively with design, production, and operations teams.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges
• Analytical and decision-making skills.
• Interpersonal and People management skills
