POSITION:
MANAGER PENSIONS
We are seeking a visionary leader with a strong grasp in pension administration and business growth to join our team as Manager – Pensions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute business growth strategies, conduct market analysis, and align departmental goals with the company's vision.
- Business Development: Lead client acquisition and retention efforts, build strong partnerships, and manage key negotiations to expand our pension portfolio.
- Operational & Regulatory Oversight: Ensure compliance with RBA regulations, manage contributions and benefit payments, and maintain accurate client and performance records.
- Leadership & Team Development: Coach and mentor team members, foster a culture of excellence, and ensure continuous improvement and succession planning.
- Performance & Reporting: Monitor departmental performance, prepare management and board reports, and implement initiatives that drive efficiency and results.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a Business-related field.
- 10+ years' experience in pension administration, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
- Strong strategic, analytical, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Microsoft Dynamics.
