🚀 We’re Hiring: Chief of Staff (Partnerships, Investors, and Execution)

Power is on a mission to transform financial wellness for Africa’s workforce, and we’re looking for a dynamic Chief of Staff to the CEO to help us scale that impact.

This is not a traditional Chief of Staff role — it’s a strategic execution and partnerships position. You’ll work hand-in-hand with myself, Chandramanshu Singh, our CTO/Co-Founder, and the broader team to:

⚡ Drive execution of key bank partnerships across multiple African markets
⚡ Manage investor relations and support fundraising (Series A)
⚡ Turn strategy into measurable results and cross-functional delivery
⚡ Build and manage financial models, dashboards, and performance insights

We’re looking for someone with:
💼 6–10 years in fintech, banking, consulting, VC/PE, or high-growth startups
📊 Strong financial and analytical skills
🤝 Proven success managing complex partnerships with financial institutions
🎯 A strategic yet execution-focused mindset — someone who makes things happen!
