Quality Assurance Manager

We’re Hiring: Quality Assurance Manager - Ravine Dairies.

This role is key to ensuring all dairy products meet the highest quality and food safety standards while driving continuous improvement across our manufacturing operations.

What You’ll Do:
📌 Oversee and maintain all Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001, FSSC 22000, HACCP, OHS, and EMS)
📌 Lead internal and external audits, ensuring compliance and implementing corrective actions
📌 Approve finished products for release and ensure adherence to food safety and regulatory standards
📌 Supervise and mentor the QA and QC teams, fostering a culture of accountability and safety
📌 Review, develop, and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all quality processes
📌 Investigate customer complaints, conduct root cause analysis, and lead CAPA initiatives
📌 Collaborate with Production, Procurement, and Sales teams to maintain consistency and quality excellence
📌 Prepare regular quality performance reports and share insights with management

What We’re Looking For:
🔹 Bachelor’s Degree in Dairy Technology, Food Science, or a related field (Diploma with strong experience considered)
🔹 Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Quality Assurance or Quality Control leadership role within the dairy or food manufacturing industry
🔹 Strong knowledge of HACCP, ISO standards, and regulatory food safety requirements
🔹 Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills
🔹 Hands-on experience in lab management, auditing, and continuous improvement
