JOB ADVERTISEMENT - GRN CLERK
DATE: 11th October 2025.
LOCATION: NAIROBI
NUMBER OF REQUIRED POSITION: 6

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable GRN Clerk to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately recording goods received into our system, ensuring all deliveries are accounted for, and supporting the inventory control process.

Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect incoming deliveries.
- Accurately generate and process Goods Received Notes (GRNs).
- Match delivery notes with purchase orders and report any discrepancies.
- Ensure that all items are correctly labeled and stored.
- Liaise with Branch Manager, and finance departments to resolve any stock or invoice queries.
- Maintain accurate records and filing systems.
- Audit with stock takes and inventory audits.

Education:
Diplomas and above in:
- Logistics
- Supply Chain Management
- Warehouse Management
- Business Administration
- Accounts background OR CPA2.
