About the Role:
VillageReach seeks an experienced HR professional to lead global people operations, ensuring alignment between HR strategy, organizational growth, and employee well-being. The role involves driving HR initiatives, advising leadership, and supporting a culture of learning and inclusion across multiple countries.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead compensation & benefits strategy and compliance.

Partner with leaders on performance, engagement, and workforce planning.

Design and deliver global HR policies, programs, and training.

Champion employee wellbeing, inclusion, and continuous learning.

Provide expert guidance on employee relations and talent management.

Collaborate with global teams to strengthen organizational culture.


Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.

5–7 years of progressive HR experience (preferably in global or NGO settings).

Proven background in compliance, benefits, DEIB, and international HR.

Experience across the US and Francophone Africa is a strong plus.

Skilled in stakeholder management, communication, and project execution.
