We’re Hiring: Lead Business Analyst
Location: Nairobi, Kenya
Techsavanna CO LTD is looking for a Lead Business Analyst to join our Technology Operations team.
In this role, you will:
✅ Identify automation opportunities and support process improvement across the business
✅ Collaborate with stakeholders to assess needs, gather requirements, and develop business cases
✅ Lead system implementation efforts and provide ongoing support for IT solutions
✅ Deliver data-driven insights that improve efficiency and customer satisfaction
What You’ll Bring:
1.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
2.Certification in Agile, Business Analysis, or Solution Architecture is a plus
3.3+ years’ experience in Business Analysis or 4+ years in Applications Development
1.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
