PROCLAMATION OFFICER
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Procurement Officer with strong market awareness, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, source, and negotiate procurement of goods and services in line with company policies.
- Evaluate supplier performance and maintain strong vendor relationships.
- Ensure timely delivery of goods and materials to support operations.
- Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and new products.
- Maintain accurate procurement records and ensure compliance with procurement procedures.
- Work closely with finance, logistics and warehouse teams to forecast and control inventory.

Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 4 years’ experience and strong background in procurement within the FMCG industry.
- Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
- Proven ability to manage suppliers, control costs, and ensure timely availability of materials and products.
- Member of KISM (Kenya Institute of Supplies Management) is an added advantage.
