Job Opportunity: Senior Associate – Project Advisory

Location: Nairobi, Kenya

Finaltus Limited is a dynamic corporate finance and transaction advisory firm enabling transformative investments across Africa. We are looking for a Senior Associate to join our Project Advisory team, with a strong focus on project coordination and execution.

The successful candidate will support complex, multi-stakeholder assignments across sectors such as transport, utilities, and public infrastructure—with increasing opportunities in energy and related fields.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Coordination
Lead day-to-day coordination of advisory assignments, ensuring seamless workflow across internal teams, clients, and external consultants.

Stakeholder Management:
Engage with a wide range of partners including government agencies, DFIs, private sponsors, and technical experts.

Financial Modelling & Transaction Support:

Contribute to building and reviewing financial models, and support documentation, structuring, and due diligence.

Research & Advisory Input:

Provide sector insights, assist in developing strategy documents, pitch materials, and policy frameworks.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related discipline.

Minimum 5 years of experience in project development, transaction advisory, infrastructure finance, or consulting.

Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders and deliverables.

Strong analytical and communication skills, including proficiency in Excel modelling and business writing.

Added Advantage:

Experience in energy-related sectors such as power generation, transmission, energy policy, or utility regulation.

Familiarity with infrastructure projects across African markets and knowledge of PPP frameworks.
