HEAD OF REPOSSESION

Main Purpose of the Job
Repossession of Spiro Vehicles. Working closely with Spiro teams, asset financers to ensure all Spiro vehicles are recovered in due time

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor's degree in business related field.
• 5 years of experience in repossession/recovery operations (MUST).
• Working in a commercial Bank or Assets finance would be an added advantage.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Monitor all accounts allocated daily and take appropriate actions all geared
2. Full recovery through application of the laid down recovery procedures.
3. Allocation of Field repossession teams and review of the tasks.
4. Perform task tracing activities involving looking for debtors whose whereabouts are unknown
5. Carry out periodical visits to delinquent customer's securities and advise on the necessary steps forward.
6. Conduct investigations and recommendations for customers within own portfolio for repossession, investigation, closure.
7. Liaise with all Regions/Clusters and ensure timely service of demand and default notices.
8. Maintain and ensure proper documentation of any issues and actions relating to customers within Spiro like demand notices, memos etc.
9. Prepare weekly and monthly recovery reports, and any other reports as may be required by the business on the matter of repossession.
10. Maintain contacts with key stakeholders to ensure the whereabouts of all Spiro vehicles is maintained with support from these stakeholders
