WAREHOUSE MANAGER

Package: Gross KES 180,000 – 200,000

Qualifications, Skills and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in warehouse management, preferably in pharmaceutical or FMCG sectors.
- Strong understanding of Good Distribution Practice (GDP), Good Storage Practice (GSP), and regulatory requirements.
- Proven experience in process improvement and warehouse management procedures.
- Proficient in inventory control systems, MS Office, and SAP MRP.
- Valid driving license.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and dispatch of products.
- Ensure full compliance with GDP, GSP, and health & safety standards.
- Maintain stock control and documentation for FG (Finished Goods), RM (Raw Materials), PM (Packing Materials), and spare warehouses.
- Monitor temperature and humidity, ensuring accurate reporting & warehousing records.
- Manage pest control, warehouse equipment usage, and OPEX budget.
- Ensure timely deliveries and achievement of quality objectives.
- Liaise with transporters, suppliers, and clients to coordinate logistics.
- Supervise, train, appraise, and allocate warehouse staff effectively.
- Implement and maintain operational policies and procedures.
- Oversee fleet vehicle condition and location awareness.
- Drive efficiency, safety, and compliance across all warehouse processes.
