We’re on the lookout for skilled hands that can roll, swirl, and bake our signature Cinnamon Rolls and Cookies to perfection. If you’ve got the passion, precision, and speed to keep the ovens busy and the treats flawless. We’d love to have you join the Bubbly kitchen team!

LOCATION: NAIROBI, KENYA DEADLINE APPLYING: 9TH OCTOBER, 2025

Main Responsibilities:
- Bake and prepare all BUBBLY delights as per brand recipes and SOPs
- Handle proofing, mixing, baking, and finishing with accuracy and consistency.
- Keep a close eye on baking times, oven temperatures, and product quality.
- Maintain a spotless and hygienic workspace at all times.
- Follow daily production plans and meet order requirements efficiently.
- Assist with inventory checks and report any shortages.
- Comply with all food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Collaborate with the kitchen crew to meet production and service goals.s.

What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a bakery, café, or pastry kitchen.
- Expert of baking techniques, ingredient handling, and kitchen safety protocols.
- Excellent time management and the ability to work early shifts & flexible hours.
- Physically fit to handle long shifts and hands-on baking tasks.s.
