We're looking for a talented Barista who knows how to craft the perfect cup — from espresso shots to silky lattes. If you’ve got the skill, speed, and passion to create amazing coffee moments while keeping the vibe warm and welcoming, we want you to join our Bubbly team! LOCATION: NAIROBI, KENYA DEADLINE APPLYING: 9TH OCTOBER, 2025

Main Responsibilities:
• Prepare both hot and cold beverages according to BUBBLY’s standards.
• Maintain consistency in flavor, presentation, and portion sizes.
• Follow recipes, SOPs, hygiene rules, and safety procedures carefully.
• Deliver friendly customer service and suggest coffee and pastry pairings.
• Keep all machines, tools, and work areas spotless and in great condition.
• Track inventory levels and communicate when restocking is needed.
• Work closely with team members to ensure smooth and fast service.
• Regularly check the quality and freshness of coffee throughout the day.

What We’re Looking For:
• At least 2 years of barista experience in a busy café environment.
• Proficiency in using espresso machines and grinders.
• Solid knowledge of coffee types, brewing techniques, and basic latte art.
• Ability to stay organized and multitask effectively during rush hours.
• A positive attitude, great communication skills, and care for customer satisfaction.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays when needed.
