YOUR MISSION
Lead a dynamic sales team to drive high-value property sales, deliver excellent customer service, and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets:

WHAT YOU WILL DO
• Generate and convert leads from referrals, digital platforms, walk-ins.
• Conduct market research: pricing, trend analysis, competitor offerings.
• Coach, supervise, and evaluate your sales team.
• Engage clients through site tours, virtual walkthroughs & presentations,
• Monitor sales progress and report weekly/quarterly to Senior Management:
