WE'RE HIRING | HR & ADMINISTRATION OFFICER – NGO SECTOR
📍 Location: Nairobi, Kenya
📅 Deadline: Wednesday, 13th August 2025 at 5:00PM

LEDO Kenya is looking for a dynamic and proactive Human Resource & Administration Officer to strengthen our HR systems and support smooth organizational operations. If you’re passionate about people, processes, and impact, we want to hear from you!

🔹 Key Responsibilities
✔ Implement HR policies and ensure legal compliance
✔ Manage payroll deductions, staff benefits & welfare
✔ Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, training & performance management
✔ Maintain employee records and HRIS
✔ Handle disciplinary procedures and staff relations
✔ Support administrative logistics, procurement & office coordination.

🔹 What We’re Looking For
✅ A Diploma or higher in HR Management (Degree is an added advantage)
✅ 3+ years’ HR/Admin experience, ideally in the NGO sector
✅ Knowledge of Kenyan labor laws and HR best practices
✅ Strong interpersonal, organizational & digital skills
✅ Integrity, confidentiality, and ability to meet tight deadlines
