PLANT MANAGER (BEVERAGE PLANT)
The Plant Manager will oversee plant operations with focus on distillation, ensuring efficiency, safety, compliance, and continuous improvement while leading teams and managing resources.
INDUSTRY: FMCG (Alcohol and Beverages)
LOCATION: East Africa
JOINING: Immediate or with notice period
NATIONALITY: Open for Any Nationality
SALARY: Competitive and Other Company Benefits
Key Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree (B.Tech) in Electrical, Mechanical, or Instrumentation Engineering.
• Diploma in Distilling or Institute of Brewing & Distilling certification will be an advantage.
• At least 10 years of experience in the Alcohol and/or Beverage industry.
• Strong background in distillation operations is highly preferred.
