PRODUCTION MANAGER (WOVEN PP BAGS)

LOCATION: East Africa
JOINING: Immediate or with notice period

Role
The Production Manager will oversee Tapeline, Looms, and Printing operations, ensuring quality, efficiency, and high-volume output while leading large teams.

Responsibilities and Requirements
- Engineering Graduate/Diploma (Mechanical/Electrical)
- 8-10 years' experience in woven sack industry, handling Lohia Tapeline, Looms, Printing & Masterbatch Mixing
- Proven expertise in production planning, quality control, preventive/breakdown maintenance
- Hands-on experience managing 400+ staff and producing 600 tons/month
- Fluent English communication (spoken & written)
- Prior experience in Africa would be an advantage
