LOCATION: East Africa

Role
The Production Manager will oversee Tapeline, Looms, and Printing operations, ensuring quality, efficiency, and high-volume output while leading large teams.

Responsibilities and Requirements
• Engineering Graduate/Diploma (Mechanical/Electrical)
• 8–10 years' experience in woven sack industry, handling Lohia Tapeline, Looms, Printing & Masterbatch Mixing
• Proven expertise in production planning, quality control, preventive/breakdown maintenance
• Hands-on experience managing 400+ staff and producing 600 tons/month
• Fluent English communication (spoken & written)
• Prior experience in Africa would be an advantage
