JOIN OUR TEAM: Junior Real-Time Analyst – Night Shift
Location: Mogotio Road, Westlands – Nairobi, Kenya
Shift: Rotational | 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
Job Type: Full-Time | Junior Level

Key Responsibilities
•  Monitor agent activity in real-time using workforce management tools
•  Ensure schedule adherence and escalate deviations to team leads
•  Track call volume trends and report anomalies to operations
•  Communicate staffing issues, absenteeism, and schedule changes to management
•  Support intraday reporting, updates, and escalation handling
•  Document shift events accurately for end-of-day reports
•  Collaborate with supervisors to maintain service levels and response times

Qualifications
•  Diploma or Bachelor’s in Business, Statistics, IT, or related field
•  1–2 years’ experience in real-time analysis or call center support
•  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
•  Proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, and basic reporting tools
•  Excellent attention to detail, time management, and multitasking
•  Clear communication skills and ability to work independently
•  Comfortable working night shifts with minimal supervision
