Role
The Production Manager will oversee bread and confectionery production, ensuring efficiency, quality, safety, and team leadership.

Responsibilities and Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Engineering, or related field.
- At least 8 years proven experience in production management, preferably in the bakery industry.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and quality management systems
- Experience in reporting on key production metrics
- Proficient in MS Office and use of ERP (SAP preferably) software
