We’re Hiring: Finance Manager | Hospitality Sector | Kampala
Are you a seasoned finance professional with a strong background in hospitality? Our client is seeking a Finance Manager to lead all financial operations at their Kampala office — from budgeting and reporting to tax compliance and audit oversight.

This strategic role is ideal for someone with 10+ years of progressive experience in finance, including 7+ years in a senior position within the hospitality industry. If you’re detail-oriented, compliance-driven, and ready to bring clarity and structure to finance processes, we’d love to hear from you.

Location: Kampala, Uganda
Reports To: COO & Directors
Industry: Hospitality
Qualifications: Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance + CPA/ACCA (mandatory)
Bonus: Master’s Degree in Finance | ERP/SAP experience
Key Focus Areas: IFRS compliance, tax reporting, audit coordination, cash flow, budgeting, URA liaison, financial leadership
