-Sales strategy and planning
-Customer relationship management
-Good leadership and collaboration skills.

Qualifications
-Bachelors degree in Business,marketing,real estate or a related field,master degree is a plus.
- 5years of experience in real estate sales, preferably in retail or residential projects.
- proficiency in Chinese is a plus.
-proficient in CRM software,Microsoft office suite and digital marketing tools.

Budget.
Kes.125,000 to 150,000
