Your Role: The Architect of Unforgettable Experiences
At Artcaffé, events are how we bring our brand to life. From an intimate supper club at Artcaffé Gasto and a vibrant maker’s market at Artcaffé Market to a major brand launch at Artcaffé, you will be the creative and logistical mastermind behind it all.
As our Events Manager, you will lead the design, planning, and flawless execution of events that embody our values of elegance, creativity, and warmth. You will transform creative ideas into immersive experiences that deepen our connection with the community and solidify our position as Kenya’s leading lifestyle brand.

You’ll Be Responsible For:
• Creative Strategy: Developing the annual events calendar and conceptualizing innovative event formats that resonate with each brand’s unique audience.
• End-to-End Execution: Overseeing every detail—from venue design and vendor management to guest experience and culinary coordination—ensuring each event is seamless and reflects our authentic lifestyle.
• Partnership & Collaboration: Building strong relationships with suppliers, sponsors, and partners to elevate our events and expand our reach.
• Logistics Excellence: Managing budgets meticulously, negotiating with vendors, and handling on-site coordination to ensure flawless execution from set-up to breakdown.
• Measurement & Growth: Capturing guest feedback, measuring event success across KPIs, and using insights to continuously innovate and refine our future event strategy.

What We’re Looking For (The Essentials):
• 5-7 years of proven event management experience, ideally within lifestyle, hospitality, F&B, or retail.
• A strong portfolio of events you have managed from concept to completion, demonstrating creativity and impeccable execution.
• Outstanding organizational and project management skills – you thrive on logistics and your attention to detail is unmatched.
• A creative and strategic mindset with the ability to design experiences that tell a brand story and connect with a community.
• Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills with vendors, partners, and internal teams.
• A collaborative spirit – you enjoy working closely with marketing, culinary, operations, and communications teams to bring a shared vision to life.
• A genuine passion for food, culture, and creating joy through real-world experiences.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends is essential, as you will be leading events during these times.
