EXECUTIVE LANDSCAPING MANAGER
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Executive Landscaping Manager to lead and oversee our landscaping operations. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of landscaping design, maintenance practices, and team leadership.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Oversee day-to-day operations of the landscaping department
• Manage and supervise landscaping teams to ensure high-quality work
• Develop and implement landscaping plans and schedules
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of landscaping equipment and materials
• Liaise with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders
• Monitor project budgets, timelines, and performance
• Conduct training and performance evaluations for landscaping staff

REQUIREMENTS:
• Proven experience in landscaping and team management (5+ years preferred)
• Strong understanding of horticulture, landscaping design, and outdoor maintenance
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and teams effectively
• Knowledge of safety standards and equipment handling
• Diploma or degree in Landscaping, Horticulture, or a related field is an added advantage
