CLERK OF WORK (Residential properties)
Salary: Open (commensurate with experience)
Location: Kiambu
Diploma/Degree in Construction Management, Civil Eng, or related field.
5+ years' proven experience as Clerk of Works (residential properties).
Strong knowledge of property standards, safety regulations & compliance.
Inspect and monitor works on residential properties.
Verify materials & workmanship meet approved standards.
Liaise with property owners, contractors & supervisors.
Excellent communication, reporting & problem-solving skills.
