About the Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Data Acquisition Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, validating, and updating large sets of data to support business operations and strategic initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
Source and collect data from a variety of digital platforms and online directories.
Validate and update existing datasets to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
Identify data gaps and recommend sourcing strategies to fill them.
Work closely with the data and research teams to understand data needs.
Maintain and organize data in internal databases and CRMs.
Ensure compliance with data privacy policies and standards.
Generate periodic reports on data acquisition performance and insights.
Meet daily/weekly data sourcing targets within strict timelines.
Qualifications;
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Data Management, Business, or related field.
Previous experience in data sourcing, or related role is an added advantage.
Excellent computer skills, especially Excel and Google Sheets.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Must be available and comfortable working night shifts and onsite.
Strong internet research and data validation skills.
