Best Tropical Fruits Ltd, requires a Processing Operations Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of the dried fruit processing facility. This role involves a combination of leadership and coordination, strategic planning, operational management, and quality control to ensure the factory functions efficiently and meets its production targets.

*Qualifications*
Minimum experience. 10 years in processing Dried Fruits, and 5 years in a management role

*Minimum qualifications.*
Degree level in Food Processing
Experience in marketing dried fruits is an added advantage
Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams, manage resources effectively, and drive operational excellence.
Experience in developing and implementing strategic plans aligned with organizational goals.
Strong operational management skills to oversee day-to-day activities in a manufacturing or processing facility.
Experience in production planning, scheduling, and workflow coordination
In-depth knowledge of quality control measures and food safety standards in the food processing industry.
The selected candidate must be willing to relocate to Masii, Machakos County.
