Executive Landscaping Manager

Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Executive Landscaping Manager to lead and oversee our landscaping operations. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of landscaping design, maintenance practices, and team leadership.

*KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:*
Oversee day-to-day operations of the landscaping department
Manage and supervise landscaping teams to ensure high-quality work
Develop and implement landscaping plans and schedules
Ensure proper use and maintenance of landscaping equipment and materials
Liaise with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders
Monitor project budgets, timelines, and performance
Conduct training and performance evaluations for landscaping staff

*REQUIREMENTS:*
Proven experience in landscaping and team management (5+ years preferred)
Strong understanding of horticulture, landscaping design, and outdoor maintenance
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and teams effectively
Knowledge of safety standards and equipment handling
Diploma or degree in Landscaping, Horticulture, or a related field is an added advantage
