WE ARE HIRING:
LAUNDRY ATTENDANT
We are seeking a highly experienced Laundry Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will take full responsibility for laundry operations

Requirements
- 5 years’ proven experience managing and operating laundry services in a hotel or similar environment. Certificate or diploma in Housekeeping Operations or Textile and Fabric Care is an added advantage
- Strong knowledge of different fabrics, detergents, stain removal techniques, and garment care
- Ability to operate, maintain, and troubleshoot laundry equipment (washers, dryers, steam irons, presses, etc.)
- Proven experience in inventory management (linen, guest laundry, chemicals, and supplies)
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- A self-starter who can work independently and with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to quality and hygiene standards
- Team Player (supervising laundry staff is an added advantage)

Key Responsibilities
- Undertake daily laundry operations (washing, drying, ironing, folding, and finishing of linen, and guest laundry)
- Ensure fabrics are treated correctly and laundered according to best practices
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in all laundry areas
- Conduct regular equipment checks and report maintenance needs promptly
- Manage inventory and stock levels of laundry supplies
- Uphold the highest standards of guest service and confidentiality
