Position Summary
As a Field Agent, you’ll work in the field to locate customers, discuss payment solutions, and help resolve overdue accounts. You’ll be the face of our company—building trust, negotiating repayment plans, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities
1. Visit assigned addresses to engage debtors and recover outstanding payments.
2. Negotiate and set up realistic repayment plans based on the debtor’s financial situation.
3. Conduct skip tracing to locate debtors with outdated or missing contact information.
4. Collect payments in the field where applicable and provide proper receipts.
5. Document all visits, communications, and outcomes accurately and promptly.
6. Report complex or non-compliant cases to the office for escalation.
7. Ensure all actions comply with legal, ethical, and company standards.
