Qualification
✓ Proven experience as a butcher
✓ Familiarity with various meat cuts
✓ Ability to operate meat processing equipment:
• Bonesaw machine
• Meat slicers
• Grinders and scales
✓ Ability to maintain accurate logs of meat cuts, inventory, usage, and waste
✓ Good understanding of meat handling and food safety regulations
