- PRO-JECT OFFICER
The person is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the projects assigned. The ultimate goal of any project is to complete the task on time, on budget, and fulfill any other criteria the company sets.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Creates and executes project work plans and reviews as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
- Identifies resources needed and coordinates activities.
- Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope.
- Effectively applies methodology and enhances project standards.
- Supports for engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures.
- Manages project scope and risk on projects.
- Ensures project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.
- Tracks and reports team hours and expenses on a project basis.
- Manages project budget.
- Facilitates team and client meetings effectively.
- Provides team and client input for decisions within the project scope.
- Manages the development of team by ensuring, when possible, that projects are in line with each individual's career interests.
- Ensures timely and accurate invoicing, and monitors receivables for project.
- Follows up with clients when necessary, engaging unpaid invoices.
- Assures project profitability; monitors bill rates and utilization.
- Any other duty as assigned by the management.

Experience:
- A minimum of 3 years experience.
- Knowledge of both theoretical and practical aspects of project management.
- Proficient in project management software.
- Knowledge of project management techniques and tools.
- Proven experience in:
- People Management
- Strategic Planning
- Risk Management
- Change Management

- Good supervisory skills

- Able to influence, lead, inspire, and motivate
- Team work and excellent listening and time management skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
