Job Summary
TECNO Mobile is looking for a talented Motion & Visual Designer to join our global marketing team. This role will focus on localizing and visualizing the value propositions of our Operating System (OS) through compelling online and offline design solutions that connect with our users.

Key Responsibilities
- Creative Storytelling: Transform complex OS features into engaging, user-friendly visuals that resonate with diverse audiences.
- Online Promotional Design: Create high-quality digital content—animated videos, posters, seasonal campaign assets, tutorials, and usage scenarios materials—to drive awareness and understanding.
- Offline & Cross-team Collaboration: Partner with regional teams to design impactful offline store posters, brochures, and training materials, ensuring brand consistency across all channels.
- Integrated Support: Work closely with product, operations, and marketing teams to deliver cohesive, innovative design solutions.

Requirements
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Knowledge of Chinese is an added advantage.
- Proficient in Adobe After Effects and Cinema 4D for motion design.
- Skilled in Figma and Photoshop for visual design.
- Ability to optimize creative workflows with AI design tools such as Midjourney or Stable Diffusion.
- Strong collaborator with proven experience working across product, operations, and marketing functions.
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing design, preferably within the 3C (Computer, Communication & Consumer Electronics) industry.
- Backend’s degree in Design, Film & Animation or relevant field.
