SNV is seeking an experienced professional to provide strategic leadership for its Agri-Food portfolio in Kenya and Burundi. The role involves resource mobilisation, programme management, advisory services, and people leadership, with a strong focus on business development and climate-smart, inclusive agri-food systems.

Requirements:
✔ master’s in agriculture, agribusiness, economics, or related field
✔ 10+ years’ experience in agri-food systems, project management & business development (preferably in Africa)
✔ Proven track record in fundraising & donor engagement
✔ Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and proposal writing skills
✔ Commitment to gender equity, youth inclusion, and climate adaptation
