ASSISTANT BRAND MANAGER - SCHOOL SHOES
The Brand Manager’s Assistant plays a key role in supporting back-to-school campaigns by coordinating marketing efforts, tracking product performance, and ensuring stores are aligned with brand promotions. This role combines administrative support with field coordination and sales monitoring.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in planning and rolling out Back-to-School campaigns across all City Walk branches.
• Coordinate with store managers to ensure proper merchandising and branding displays for school-related items.
• Support the preparation of promotional materials, presentations, and reports.
• Monitor daily and weekly sales performance of back-to-school products and compile sales update reports.
• Follow up with logistics and inventory teams to ensure timely restocking of fast-moving items.
• Support the digital marketing team by providing product images, price updates, and promotional content.
• Assist in collecting customer feedback and analyzing trends to inform future campaigns.
• Maintain proper documentation of marketing materials, pricing lists, and sales reports.
• Coordinate with schools or partner organizations for activations or outreach events.
Qualifications:
• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Sales, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in a retail or marketing support role.
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and social media tools.
• Strong understanding of retail dynamics, especially during peak seasons like back-to-school.
