JOB PROFILE

POSITION : ICT MANAGER
DEPARTMENT : ICT
REPORTS TO : Managing Director/General Manager
SUPERVISES : Asst. ICT Manager, Data Administrator, System Administrator

1. JOB SUMMARY
The incumbent will be responsible for effective provisioning, installation/configuration, operational, and maintenance of IT systems hardware and software and related infrastructure. Lead in the design, implementation and management of business support IT Network infrastructure including physical and virtual data centres, Local Area Network (LAN), Wide Area Network (WAN), Internet links and communication systems such as PABX, Artificial Intelligence, Active Directory, phones and video conferencing to ensure smooth operations within the company in coordination with the branches.

2. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES.
• Administer and support Sage X3 ERP and related business systems
• Manage, optimize and perform tuning on database applications to support optimal transactions
• Oversee data integrity, backups, and system performance
• Provide business intelligence reports to aid decision-making in finance, production, inventory management, and sales
• Manage application upgrades, patches, and integrations with other platforms
• Document workflows, business processes, and system configurations
• Coordinate with departments to ensure applications meet operational requirements
• Enhance data reliability for compliance and audit requirements
• Oversee data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across business systems
• Develop and maintain business intelligence (BI) dashboards and reports for decision-making
• Support management with timely data-driven insights for forecasting and performance tracking
• Implement access controls, segregation of duties, and application security policies
• Collaborate with Infrastructure & Support team to secure databases and applications.
• Monitor audit trails, logs, and system usage for anomalies
• Participate in ICT and business projects, including ERP enhancements and new system deployments

3. JOB QUALIFICATIONS
• Degree in computer science / IT/Engineering/IT & Business
• 5+ years in IT/digital leadership with enterprise scope, 5+ at C-level or equivalent
• Proven record delivering multi-system transformations (ERP, CRM, MES, eCommerce, fleet)
• Expertise in enterprise architecture, cyber, AI/ML, and IT/OT convergence
• Strong financial & business acumen (TCO/ROI/value realization)
