FIELD SALES – RETAIL DEVELOPMENT

SALARY: KES 25,000
LOCATION: NAIROBI CBD

All candidates must:
• 2+ years of hands-on sales and marketing experience (retail development, not shop-keeping).
• Proven ability to open and develop multiple shop accounts.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills – you know how to talk and close a deal.
• A go-getter, comfortable with fieldwork and building client relationships.
• Must be well-groomed, professional, and smart in presentation.
• Ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Ability to identify, pitch, and onboard new retail shop clients.
