Cash Flow & Vendor Management
• Reconcile bank accounts, credit card statements, and merchant processors monthly. Process invoices, staff claims, and supplier payments in line with company policies.
• Monitor receivables and payables to optimize working capital.
• Manage subscriptions, vendor contracts, and recurring billing obligations.

Strategic Support
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decisions.
• Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis, scenario planning, and KPI tracking.
• Support procurement processes, vendor negotiations, and cross-departmental financial reporting.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA or ACCA qualification (completed or in progress) is an added advantage.
• Minimum 3 years' experience as an Accountant, Bookkeeper, or in a related finance role.
• Strong proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, or similar) and advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills.
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational and communication abilities with the capacity to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in Saas, telecom, fintech, or subscription-based businesses will be an added advantage.
