POSITION: Call Centre Supervisor
KEDA Ceramics, a leading player in the ceramics industry, is looking for a Call Centre Supervisor to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily call centre operations to ensure smooth workflow and high-quality service.
Supervise, coach, and support call centre agents to achieve set targets.
Monitor performance metrics and generate reports for management.
Handle escalated customer issues promptly and professionally.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and customer service standards.
✅ Qualifications & Skills:
Degree in Business, Customer Service, or related field.
Proven experience in a call centre supervisory role.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to motivate and manage a team in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in MS Office and call centre systems.
Location: KEDA Ceramics -BMC Nairobi
