General Manager - Human Resources

Job Summary:
The General Manager-HR will provide strategic leadership in the development and execution of HR strategies that foster a high-performance culture, support operational excellence, and ensure compliance within the healthcare environment. The role is critical in aligning the people agenda with organizational goals while nurturing a committed and capable workforce.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and lead the implementation of HR strategies, frameworks, and initiatives aligned to the healthcare industry's unique needs.
- Build and manage a high-performing HR team to effectively deliver core HR functions across multiple medical centers.
- Oversee talent acquisition, workforce planning, and succession management in clinical and non-clinical staff.
- Drive employee engagement, organizational culture, and change management initiatives.
- Lead performance management processes to ensure consistent, transparent, and goal-driven staff development.
- Act as a liaison for feedback and communication between different functions and the HR function to ensure HR policies are implemented consistently and effectively across the company as a whole.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare labor laws, regulatory requirements, and professional licensing standards.
- Oversee training, continual professional development, and leadership growth programs.
- Manage compensation and benefits structures to remain competitive within the healthcare sector.
- Serve as a strategic HR advisor to the CEO and senior leadership team.

Qualifications:
- Educational background: Master’s degree in human resource management, Business Administration, or a related field. Additionally, a certificate in Human Resource Management is preferable.
- A Member of Institute of Human Resource Management (IHRM) with good standing.
- Extensive Leadership Experience: Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior HR leadership role, preferably within a healthcare setting.
- Proven Leadership & Decision-Making Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate high-performing teams in a fast-paced and regulated environment.
