Requirements
- Minimum of a Diploma in Business, Finance,
Customer Service, or a related field.
- 1-3 years work experience in debt recovery
and credit management
- Proven experience in debt collection,
preferably in Mobile loans or digital lending
platforms.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and
interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office with emphasis
on Excel.
- High integrity, self-motivated, and target-
driven.
